Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 25-year-old Black female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Nigeria Rami.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Fluorofentanyl

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 4:20 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 2, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
