Los Angeles County is reporting the death of an 86-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred in a hospital.
The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Dolores Martinez Shellman.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Blunt Head Trauma
Other Significant Conditions: Alzheimer’S Disease, Coronary Artery Disease, and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
