Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 48-year-old Caucasian male that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Ian Engi.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Heroin and Alcohol

Other Significant Condition: Hypertensive Heart Disease

RIP IAN ENGI (September 18, 1971 – November 2, 2019)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 6:18 p.m.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
