The coroner’s office has identified the man as Lawrence Bradshaw.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Complications of Blunt-Force Injuries

Cause of Death B: Blunt-Force Trauma of the Head, Spine, Pelvis, and Hip

Other Significant Condition(s): Schizophrenia, Recurrent Falls, Hypothyroidism
