The coroner’s office identified the man as Edward Chaney.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Complications of Intracerebral Hemorrhage

Cause of Death B: Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, Hyperlipidemia, History of Cerebrovascular Accident, Sleep Apnea, History of Colon Cancer
