Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 78-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Robert Conlogue.

Cause of Death A: Enterococcus faecium Sepsis

Cause of Death B: Acute Respiratory Failure with Hypoxemia

Cause of Death C: Congestive Heart Failure

Cause of Death D: Acute Renal Failure

Other Significant Conditions: Atrial Fibrillation, Anemia, Hepatocellular Carcinoma
