Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 96-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred in a nursing home.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Helen Santar.

Cause of Death: Femur Fracture

Other Significant Condition: Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease
