Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 76-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the man as George Siegel.

Cause of Death A: Acute Hypercapnic Respiratory Failure

Cause of Death B: Septic Shock

Cause of Death C: Septic Joint

Other Significant Conditions: Cellulitis, Osteomyelitis, Cerebrovascular Accident, Acute Kidney Failure, Anemia, Thrombocytopenia, Rhabdomyolysis, Deep Vein Thrombosis, Diabetes
