The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jaime Arellano Manjarrez.

Cause of Death A: Sepsis

Cause of Death B: Infected Lower Extremity Wound

Cause of Death C: Ankle Fracture

Other Significant Conditions: End-Stage Renal Disease, Ischemic Colitis, Prostate Cancer
