(L.A.) George Mardirossian, 48, Died at a Private Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 48-year-old White/Caucasian male who passed away at a private residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as George Mardirossian of Hawthorne.

Hair: Blond / Eyes: Blue

Height: 5 feet 8 inches / Weight: 174 pounds

STATUS: The decedent’s body has been released. Ruling by the deputy medical examiner is deferred pending additional investigation.

Manner and cause of death will be added to this page when it becomes available.

If the DME has ordered drug screening, the next public update may take five to eight months.

RIP GEORGE G. MARDIROSSIAN (August 17, 1977 – May 8, 2026)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday.

In the medical examiner’s parlance, “private residence” indicates it was not the decedent’s own home.

The decedent had just been arrested on March 19 by LASD’s Lennox Substation deputies for assault. He posted bond.
