(L.A.) Richard Medina, 56, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 56-year-old male of Latin American ethnicity that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Richard Medina.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Heroin, and Phencyclidine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 3:38 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published around August 1, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
