The coroner’s office has identified the man as Samuel Davidson.

Cause of Death: Effects of Smoke Inhalation and Thermal Burns

Other Significant Conditions: Effects of Methamphetamine, Atherosclerotic Heart Disease

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 4:04 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 7, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the meth.
