Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 43-year-old male of Latin American ethnicity that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Ricardo Sisneros.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Other Significant Condition: Recent Cocaine Use

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 6:20 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in early August, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
