Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 69-year-old Asian male who passed away at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Nae Ming Chang.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Spontaneous Intracerebral Hemorrhage

Cause of Death B: Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Condition: Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday.

The government investigator had initially given the decedent’s name as Paul Chang.

Note that there are multiple decedents named “Paul Chang” in public records.
