The coroner’s office identified the man as Hervi Curtis.

Cause of Death B: Septic Shock

Cause of Death C: Bowel Ischemia Necrosis

Cause of Death D: Peripheral Arterial Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Atrial Fibrillation, Diabetes Mellitus Type II, Coronary Artery Disease, Hypertension
