(L.A.) Frankie Carrillo, 31, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 31-year-old female of Latin American ethnicity that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Frankie Carrillo.

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 10:10 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in early August, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
