Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 60-year-old White/Caucasian female who passed away at her residence.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Jacqueline Falk.

Manner of Death: Suicide

Cause of Death: Hanging

The decedent was a daughter of late Columbo star Peter Falk. She was one of two daughters adopted by Falk and his first wife, Alyce Mayo.
