Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 58-year-old Caucasian male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Mark Wiggins.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity

RIP MARK WIGGINS (June 28, 1964 – February 11, 2023)

The decedent’s surname is spelled Wiggins, not Wiggens.

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 4:22 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 17/18, presumably after the results of tox screening came back.
