Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 78-year-old Hispanic female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Diane Hernandez.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Sepsis

Cause of Death B: Pyelonephritis

Cause of Death C: Urolithiasis

Other Significant Conditions: Underweight, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Hypertensive and Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease, Chronic Renal Failure
