(L.A.) Khaliyah Page, 19, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 19-year-old Black female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Khaliyah Page.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Blunt-Force Head Trauma

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday morning.

The decedent was in the back seat of a sedan that crashed into a light pole in the Pico Union neighborhood of the City of L.A.

LAPD responded at around 12:46 a.m. to the 1300 block of West Washington Boulevard and Magnolia Place.

The decedent had just given birth to a baby last year.
