Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 26-year-old Caucasian female that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Danika Griffiths Whaley.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 3:52 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 17, presumably after the results of tox screening came back.

The decedent gave birth to a daughter on December 19, 2019.
