The coroner’s office identified the woman as Gertrude Mitchell.

Cause of Death A: Acute Cardiac Dysfunction

Cause of Death B: Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Chronic Ethanol Use, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
