(L.A.) Joseph Lewis, 73, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 73-year-old Native American male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Joseph Lewis.

Cause of Death: Sequelae of Left Hip Fracture
