(L.A.) Kacy Reese, 29, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 29-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Kacy Reese.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Diphenhydramine, Alprazolam, Hydrocodone, and Morphine

Other Significant Conditions: Community-Acquired Pneumonia and Dilated Cardiomyopathy

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, polydrug overdose.
