The coroner’s office has identified the man as Woodrow Bandy.

Cause of Death: Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Type 2 Diabetes, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage
