Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 41-year-old Caucasian male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Benjamin Noel.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Heroin and Fentanyl

RIP BENJAMIN NOEL (June 1, 1981 – January 27, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 6:41 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 11, presumably after the results of tox tests came back.
