The coroner’s office identified the man as Jorge Ramirez Galicia.

Cause of Death A: Saddle Pulmonary Embolism

Cause of Death B: Deep Vein Thrombosis, Left Lower Extremity

Other Significant Conditions: Morbid Obesity, Hypertension, Dilated Cardiomyopathy, Congestive Heart Failure, Diabetes Mellitus Type 2, Umbilical Hernia Status Post Repair
