(L.A.) Gregory Fletcher, 65, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 65-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Gregory Fletcher. Born in L.A. County.

Hair: Gray / Eyes: Green

Height: 6 feet / Weight: 200 pounds

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Chronic Ethanol Use Disorder

RIP GREGORY SCOTT FLETCHER (April 14, 1960 – January 29, 2026)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday.

The decedent expired in the ICU at LAGMC.

He had multiple arrests for drug offenses. He was just arrested on January 15 by Burbank PD and was booked into a facility in downtown LA.

This is LASD’s sixth in-custody death for the year. LASD happened to have two in-custody deaths on this day.

As of March 14, the decedent’s body has not been picked up by a funeral home.
