Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 49-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Danilee Landa.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Cocaine and Bromazolam

Formal pronouncement of death was made early Wednesday morning.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, polydrug overdose.
