Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 39-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred in an intensive care unit.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Tami Labrack.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Anoxic Encephalopathy

Cause of Death B: Choking
