Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 57-year-old Hispanic female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Debra Meraz.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Methamphetamine Toxicity

Other Significant Condition: Chronic Alcohol Abuse Disorder
