Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 57-year-old Black male that occurred at a group home.

The coroner’s office identified the man as David Wilson.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Down Syndrome

Other Significant Conditions: Dementia, Cerebral Palsy, Gait Disorder, Neurogenic Bladder, Asthma, Dyslipidemia
