Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 33-year-old Hispanic female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Michelle Alpizar.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Methamphetamine Toxicity

Other Significant Conditions: Chronic Methamphetamine Abuse, Fentanyl Use, Severe Psychiatric Disorders (Including Schizoaffective Disorder and Schizophrenia)
