Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 59-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a parking lot.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Nicholas Morgan.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Intoxication by the Combined Effects of Fentanyl, Oxycodone, and Methamphetamine
