(L.A.) Sadie Smith, 23, Died at a Private Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 23-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office identified the young woman as Sadie Smith.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, Ketamine, Alprazolam, and Cocaine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, polydrug overdose.

In the medical examiner’s parlance, “private residence” indicates it was not the decedent’s own home.
