Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 37-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a park.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Dmitriy Milyavskiy.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Ethanol Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday.

The decedent was a Ukrainian Jew born in Kiev, Ukraine, in 1988. He moved to LA in 1994 after the collapse of the Soviet Union.
