Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 65-year-old Black male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Wendell Johnson.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Methamphetamine and Phencyclidine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
