The coroner’s office identified the man as Ramiro Alvidrez Rodriguez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Acute Hemorrhage

Cause of Death B: Left Upper Extremity Arteriovenous Dialysis Fistula Bleed

Other Significant Conditions: End-Stage Renal Disease Requiring Chronic Hemodialysis, Diabetes Mellitus, and Ischemic Heart Disease
