The coroner’s office identified the man as Reynaldo Ruiz Garcia.

Cause of Death A: Cardiopulmonary Arrest

Cause of Death B: Ischemia of Left Lower Extremity

Cause of Death C: Thrombosis of Vessels of Popliteal Fossa
