(L.A.) Justin Jay, 40, Died at a Freeway On-Ramp

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 40-year-old male that occurred at a freeway on-ramp.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Justin Jay and listed his race/ethnicity as Latin American.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine
RIP JUSTIN JAY (March 10, 1982 – January 17, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 12:04 p.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in late August, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
