Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 47-year-old Asian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Cecilio Dolcetto Ramirez.

Manner of Death: Suicide

Cause of Death: Insulin Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday.

The decedent may have been of Filipino descent. He was a set designer and prop stylist. In a GoFundMe posted in July, he stated he had had medical setbacks that had prevented him from engaging in income-generating creative work and thus he was facing eviction from his apartment of 24 years.
