Los Angeles County is reporting the death of an 87-year-old female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Farzaneh Pakfar and listed her race/ethnicity as Middle Eastern or North African [sic].

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Right-Sided Subdural Hematoma

Cause of Death B: Traumatic Blunt-Force Head Injuy
