Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 22-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the young man as Irvin Barrales.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Sequelae of Hypoxic Encephalopathy

Cause of Death B: Near-Drowning
