Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 41-year-old Latino male that occurred at a business/recovery center.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Jorge Paz.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Alcoholic Ketoacidosis

RIP JORGE ZAPATA PAZ (December 5, 1983 – November 22, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday.

The government investigator had initially stated that the decedent had passed away at his residence.
