The coroner’s office identified the woman as Florence Miranda of Mountair Avenue in Tujunga 91042.

Cause of Death: Hypertensive and Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Chronic Lymphocytic Thyroiditis, Pneumonia, Failure to Thrive
