(L.A.) Qiufu Jiang, 61, Died in Baldwin Park

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 61-year-old Asian male that occurred at his residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Qiufu Jiang.

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday morning.
The decedent and his wife YuLan Wang were fatally shot in the 12700 block of Royston Street just before 5:00 a.m. Also shot was their granddaughter Mia Jiang, who would die from her injuries on November 20.
LASD investigators identified 35-year-old Qihao Jin as the suspect and learned that his estranged wife’s family was the target of the attack. He had entered the home with a gun and shot the victims before fleeing the scene. His estranged wife was not home at the time.
Late Monday night, officers from the Anaheim Police Department found the suspect and his vehicle in the 100 block of Vermont Street in Anaheim. Jin was pronounced dead at the scene from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
