Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 62-year-old Asian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Tuong Van.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Stroke

Cause of Death B: Blunt-Force Head Trauma

Other Significant Condition: Myocardial Infarction
