Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 61-year-old Black female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Juanita Howard.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Cardiopulmonary Arrest

Cause of Death B: Congestive Heart Failure

Cause of Death C: Dilated Cardiomyopathy

Other Significant Conditions: Valvular Heart Disease, Pulmonary Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus Type 2, Hypertension
