(L.A.) Omar R. Quiñonez, 47, Ended His Life

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 47-year-old Latino male that occurred on railroad tracks.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Omar Roque Quinonez.

Manner of Death: Suicide

Cause of Death: Multiple Blunt-Force Injuries

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday.

The decedent had a rap sheet that included arrests for carjacking and assault with a semi-automatic firearm.

* Note that the government investigator had initially misspelled the decedent’s middle name as Rogue.
