Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 55-year-old Latino male that occurred at an assisted living facility.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Inocencio Chairez.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Acute Cardiac Dysfunction

Cause of Death B: Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: History of Epilepsy; Peripheral Vascular Disease
